Sunday Frustration

T Mobile and/or EE must be one of the most stupid companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.  I ordered a new sim as my new phone needs a different size.  When I finally received the correct sim after two attempts I need to activate it.  No problem, follow the instructions on their web site.  The trouble is that the idiots send a pin to your phone when you fill in the details.  Great!  They have sent a pin to my phone but I cant receive it because my sim isn't activated so I can't activate my sim.  Barring NATWEST bank they must be the most stupid company in existence.  They were definitely at the back of the queue when brains were handed out.  Idiots!  Back to work tomorrow, see you then.
