It was worth working on Saturday morning just for the ride down to my delivery. Some of the North Yorkshire coast line really is stunning. I love gorse, I've seen it in flower in every month of the year and it always cheers me up. The pictures don't manage to convey the beauty and grandeur of the descent along the coast road to the customers farm. I haven't been down here more than twice before but I was looking forward to the last few miles. Yes the bends are slightly hairy and the road only just fits the truck and I could feel the wheels slipping on the loose chippings on the way out but it was worth it for the view. As for the load it was fertilizer, but as far as I'm concerned that was secondary to the view. See you Monday.
